Ada Moore Gentry

Ada Moore Gentry, age 89, passed away on Monday, May 13, 2013. She was the widow of Glen Gentry. She is survived by a son and daughter-in-law, Mike and Helen Gentry of Glade Spring, VA; two daughters and sons-in-law, Connie and Jack Hall of Suffolk, VA, and Kay and Gary Pennington of Knoxville, TN; six grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, and one great-great-granddaughter.

The family will receive friends from 5-7 p.m. on Thursday, May 16, 2013, in the Main Street Chapel of Farris Funeral Service. A funeral service will follow the visitation at 7:00 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home. A graveside committal service will be held on Friday, May 17, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. in Old Glade Presbyterian Church Cemetery. Friends wishing to attend the graveside committal service are asked to meet at the cemetery just prior to the service.
