Anna Colleen Justus

Anna Colleen Justus, 74, passed away Monday, October 15, 2018 at her home. She was born in Dickenson County, Va. to the late Bluford Mullins and the late Queenie Phipps Mullins. Anna had worked at Grace Health Care and was of the Freewill Baptist Faith. Anne enjoyed traveling, reading, and working word puzzles.

Besides her parents, Anne is preceded in death by one son, Cecil “C.J.” Layne; two brothers and three sisters. Anne is survived by her son Ronnie Layne of Abingdon and two daughters, Brenda Layne Cox of Abingdon and Christi Layne of Bristol, Tenn.; two brothers, Jimmy Roger Mullins and Bluford Mullins, Jr. both of Clintwood and two sisters, Ella Parrigan of Clintwood and Ora Katherin Cochran of Clinchco.

Visitation will be held in the Main Street Chapel of Farris Funeral Service on Thursday, October 18, 2018 from 6-8 p.m. A graveside service will be conducted 1 p.m. Friday, October 19, 2018 in Cutter Creek Cemetery near Clintwood with Rev. Frank Hall officiating. Pallbearers will be family and friends. Everyone is asked to meet at the cemetery by 12:50 pm.
