Lake Worth, FL - Anne Tuell LeMieux passed away on November 10, 2014 at the home of her daughter, Mary, in Lake Worth, FL. Anne was born October 13, 1919 in Glade Spring, VA and graduated as valedictorian from Glade Spring High School. She then attended Temple Business School in Washington D.C. and remained in the D.C. area for employment, where she retired from The American Red Cross. Anne and her husband resided in Florida for many years. Upon his death, Anne returned to Glade Spring where she was an active and devoted member of the Grace Presbyterian Church. Several years ago, she returned to Florida to be near her daughter, Mary. She will be remembered and loved by all who knew her and will be missed by many friends in Glade Spring and certainly as a devoted Nana. Anne was preceded in death by her husband, Charles P. LeMieux; parents, Austin and Lorena Tuell; siblings Velma Blackburn, J.C. Tuell, and Alfred Tuell. She is survived by her daughter, Mary Schultz (Dan); granddaughter, Amanda Eger (Darren) and their Maddy; grandson, Greg Pernisi; brother, Paul (Betty Jo) Tuell; sister-in-law, Mabel Tuell; and several nephews. Funeral services will be at Grace Presbyterian Church, Glade Spring VA on Saturday, November 15, 2014, at 2:00 p.m. with Dr. Darlene Litton officiating. Visitation with the family will be held 1-2 p.m. just prior to the service. Interment will follow in Old Glade Presbyterian Cemetery.
