Arthur L Lebo

Arthur “Art” L. Lebo, age 81, went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, March 21, 2023, with his loving wife by his side. Art was born on May 25, 1941, to the late Earl and Virginia Evans Lebo in Harrisburg, PA. He was a graduate of Dauphin High School, Bob Jones University and Graham Bible College. Art was a member of Damascus Road Baptist Church and attended Emmanuel Baptist Church.

Survivors include his wife of 57 years, Leona Kennedy Lebo; one daughter, Joanna Lebo Hazelwood and her husband, Greg; one grandson, Noah Hazelwood and his wife, Katie; one granddaughter, Hannah Hazelwood; two sisters, Judy and Daisy; brothers-in-law, Joe Kennedy and his wife Peggy, and Sandoe Kennedy and his wife, Becky; sister-in-law, Lucille Duncan; and several nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends on Saturday, March 25, 2023, from 5:00 pm until 7:00 pm at Emmanuel Baptist Church. The funeral service will be held on Sunday, March 26, 2023 at 2:00 pm at Emmanuel Baptist Church with Pastor Kevin Rogerson and Rev. John Massey, Jr. officiating. The burial will follow at Forest Hills Memory Gardens. Military honors will be provided by Highlands Veterans Honor Guard and the US Navy Honor Guard. Pallbearers will be family and friends. Honorary pallbearers will be Charlie Holmes, David Barger, James Wyatt, Rick Widener, the men of Damascus Road Baptist Church and the men of Emmanuel Baptist Church.
