Bristol, TN - Bobby Gene Goodson, age 81, passed on Sunday, January 29, 2017. Bobby is preceded in death by his wife, Betty Price Goodson, and parents, A.A. Goodson and Abbie Mae Warren Goodson.
He is survived by his daughter, Linda McCracken of Fountain Inn, SC; sons, Ricky Goodson of Bluff City, TN and Darrel Goodson of Bristol, VA; and grandchildren, Jody Hubbard and Jamie Taylor.
Graveside services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, February 1, 2017, in Forest Hills Memory Gardens with Pastor Clifton Duncan officiating. Those wishing to attend the graveside service are asked to convene at the cemetery between 1:40-2:00 p.m. There will be no visitation prior to the service.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that contributions be made to defray final expenses. Those wishing to express sympathy online may do so by visiting www.farrisfuneralservice.com and signing the online guest register.
