Bobby Kenneth Stanley

Bobby Kenneth Stanley, age 74, of Damascus, Va., passed away on Wednesday, February 5, 2020, at Valley Rehabilitation & Health Care Center. He was an avid employee of the Garrett family and was passionate about farming and spending time with his grandchildren.   

He was preceded in death by his father, Robert Stanley.  Bobby is survived by his mother, Doris Ellen Neely of Damascus; daughter, Jessica Price and husband, Gary, of Damascus; two sisters, Betty Corvin and husband, Everett, of Burkeville, Va. and Patricia Neely of Abingdon, Va.; and two granddaughters, Renee and Rose Price.

A graveside service will be held on Saturday, February 8, 2020, at 2:00 p.m. at Sunset Memorial Park with Pastor Paul Price officiating.  Pallbearers will be Larry Brown, Greg Cornett, Lee Musick, Johnny Perdue, David Ratcliff, and Jamie Widener.  Honorary pallbearers will be Jerry Cornett, John Garrett, and his farming friends.  Visitation will be held on Friday, February 7, 2020, from 6:00 p.m.-8:00 p.m. at the Main Street Chapel of Farris Funeral Service.
