Bonnie Kay Spencer, 64, passed away on Tuesday, September 27, 2011 at the University of Virginia Medical Center in Charlottesville.
Bonnie was born May 7, 1947 in Burdine, KY to the late Farley W. and Stella Stone Mullins. She had lived in Bristol for almost 12 years.
Survivors include two daughters, Melissa "Missy" Deel and husband James of Abingdon, and Valerie Lester of West Virginia; two brothers, Scott Mullins of Clintwood and Speedy Mullins and wife Donna of California; three sisters, Doris Akers and husband Gene of Kingsport, Trula Brown of Kingsport, and Helen Mullins of Norton; seven grandchildren, including one special grandson, Josh Mullins; one great grandchild; and several nieces and nephews.
A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
