Bristol, VA – Carl Eugene Foran, Jr., age 62, passed on Saturday, February 12, 2022, in Bristol Regional Medical Center. Mr. Foran attended Abingdon High School and was a resident of the Sun House in Bristol, VA. “Junebug” never met a stranger and brought joy to the lives of those who knew him. He was preceded in death by his mother, Barbara Lou Watson.
He is survived by two sisters, Barbara Davenport and husband Mark of Abingdon, VA, and Pamela Powers and husband Terry of Delaware; and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation with the family will be held 5-7 p.m. Thursday, February 17, 2022, in the Forest Hills Chapel of Farris Funeral Service, 19415 Lee Highway, Abingdon, VA. Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. Friday in the Forest Hills Chapel with Pastor Craig Barber officiating. Interment will follow in Forest Hills Memory Gardens with Joshua Daniel Sorah, Mark Davenport, Eugene Dye, Daniel Little, and Terry Powers serving as pallbearers.
