Cartha Wanda Lou Jones

Glade Spring, VA – Cartha Wanda Lou Jones, age 79, passed on Wednesday, June 5, 2024, at her home. She was preceded in death by her parents, Jake Lewis McCracken and Hazel Perry McCracken; son, Duane Crampton; and brothers James, Dolphus, Emmett, and E.J. McCracken.

She is survived by her husband of 55 years, Eugene Jones; two sons, Steve Crampton and wife Sandy, and Wayne Crampton and wife Lynn; three granddaughters, Katrina Stephanie, and Wendy; five great grandchildren, Kaiden, Dillion, Kasen, Bentley, and Aurora.

Visitation with the family will be held 5:00 – 7:00 p.m. Friday, June 7, 2024, in the Main Street Chapel of Farris Funeral Service. Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home with Pastor David Farmer officiating. Interment will follow in Old Glade Presbyterian Church Cemetery with family and friends serving as pallbearers.
