Cathy Marie Robbins, 60, of Abingdon passed away on Friday, May 20, 2011 at her residence.
Cathy was born in Saltville, VA. She enjoyed watching golf, was an avid Colts fan, enjoyed crocheting, and was a loving, mother, grandmother, daughter and sister. She was preceded in death by her father, Melvin Frye.
She is survived by her son, Kris Robbins and his fianc�©e, Dawn Ledford of Abingdon; her mother, Lois Frye of Saltville, VA; a sister, Peggy Frye of Abingdon, VA; and two grandchildren, Gideon and Ocean Robbins.
A graveside service will be held on Monday, May 23, 2011 at 11:30 AM at Mt. Rose Cemetery, Glade Spring, VA with the Rev. John E. Massey, Jr. officiating. The family will receive friends on Monday, May 23, 2011 at Farris Funeral Service, Main Street Chapel from 10:00 to 11:00 AM.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the family.
