Chad Everette Ball

Abingdon, VA – Chad Everett Ball, age 44, passed on Thursday, August 31, 2023.  Chad was a graduate of Holston High School and owner of Chad Ball Roofing.  He attended Rosedale Baptist Church and was a very passionate fisherman.

Chad was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Myrtle and Grover Taylor; paternal grandparents, Thurman and Edith Ball; and special cousin, Jarod Ball.

He is survived by his son, Hunter Ball; parents, Jerry and Evelyn Taylor Ball; brother, Brad Ball and wife Karen; nephews, Rayce and Axle Ball; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Graveside services will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, September 5, 2023, in Forest Hills Memory Gardens with Pastor Darius Bowman officiating.  Those who wish to travel in procession to the cemetery are asked to meet at the Main Street Chapel of Farris Funeral Service by 10:40 a.m. Tuesday.  Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
