Chad Eric Lewis, age 38, passed away on Tuesday, November 27, 2012 at Johnson City Medical Center. He was a member of the Free Pentecostal Assembly and his favorite hobbies included coloring, watching movies, and completing word puzzles.
He is survived by his parents, David Lee Lewis, Jr. and Barbara Faye Lewis of the home; two sisters, Christy Lewis and Angela Jordan both of Abingdon, VA; three special nieces, Mercedes Danielle Lewis, Lexus Jordan, and Lakin Nichole Lewis; his special friends at the club house; and his residential counselor, Rose Moore.
Visitation with the family will be held from 6:00-8:00 p.m., Saturday, December 1, 2012 at the Main Street Chapel of Farris Funeral Service. A funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Sunday at the funeral home with Reverend Paul Stanley and Reverend James Hunt officiating. Interment will follow at Mountain View Cemetery in Bristol, VA.
