Charles DeWayne Tuggle, age 35, passed away on Saturday, September 7, 2013, at Indian Path Medical Center in Kingsport, TN. Wayne attended Patrick Henry High School and worked many years as a roofer and a mechanic. Wayne loved to fish, camp, and spend time outdoors.
He is survived by his mother, Anna O'Quinn of Meadowview, VA; father, Charles Tuggle and wife Ann of Kingsport, TN; sister, Chrissy Tuggle of Meadowview, VA; fianc�©e and step-daughter, Amanda Ashley Lowe and Madelyn Lowe of Meadowview, VA; sister-in-law, Kristie McCune of Meadowview, VA; niece and nephew, Caitlin and Christian Breedlove.
A graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Thursday, September 12, 2013, at Mt. Olivet Cemetery with Pastor Mark Mitchell officiating. Pallbearers will be Jessee Rosenbaum, Robert Hayden, Timothy Hayden, Travis Roark, Jessee Larmon, and Scotty Stallard. Those wishing to travel in procession to the cemetery are asked to convene at the funeral home by 1:30 p.m. Thursday.
Visitation with the family will be held 12:00 1:30 p.m. Thursday at the Main Street Chapel of Farris Funeral Service. Those wishing to express sympathy online may do so by visiting www.farrisfuneralservice.com and signing the online guest register.
