Charles Lane Bailey

Abingdon, VA – Charles Lane Bailey, Jr., age 68, passed on Wednesday, July 24, 2024, at his home after an extended illness. Mr. Bailey was born and raised in Bluefield, WV. He attended Virginia Tech and was a contractor for many years. 

Mr. Bailey was preceded in death by his parents, Charles Lane Bailey, Sr., and Betty Walker Bailey, and sister, Kimberly Beth Bailey Fern.

He is survived by his nieces, Whitney Fern and Bailey Fern Waldecker; special friends, Steven Moore and Carol McClanahan; and several great nieces and nephews.
