Bristol, VA Mr. Charles Steven Brown, age 42 and beloved husband and father, passed away at his home on Friday July 18, 2014. Mr. Brown had been employed as a produce manager at Food City prior to his illness. He was a member of the Antioch Baptist Church. Mr. Brown is survived by his loving wife Cathy O’Neal-Brown; father Charlie Brown of Johnson City, TN and mother Connie Mann of Church Hill, TN, two sons, Michael and Timothy O’Neal of the home; daughter Alexus O’Neal of the home; brother Michael Brown of Church Hill, TN. A Memorial Service honoring the life of Charles Steven Brown will be conducted at 4:00 p.m. Thursday, July 24, 2014 at the Forest Hills Chapel of Farris Funeral Service, 19415 Lee Highway, Abingdon.
