Mr. David Edward Parmley, 59, passed away Wednesday, July 14, 2010, at Johnston Memorial Hospital.
He was born in Mississippi and had been a resident of Washington County for a brief period of time. He graduated from "Ole Miss" â?? University of Mississippi. He was preceded in death by his mother, Chrystal Veal Parmley, and by two brothers, Don and Terry Parmley.
He is survived by his father, Robert E. Parmley of Abingdon, and by his brother, Bobby Parmley of Abingdon.
A graveside service for David Parmley will be held at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, July 18, 2010, at Bethel Presbyterian Cemetery. Those wishing to attend the service are invited to meet at the cemetery by 1:50 p.m.
