He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Conley and Ruth Owens.
He is survived by his parents, Bobby Joe Heath and Nellie Christine Heath of Glade Spring, VA; two daughters, Amber Heath and KayLeigh Heath of Damascus, VA; sister, Donna Sue Musick and husband Tom of Damascus, VA; and his trusty dog, Belle.
