Deborah Ann Stipes, age 59, passed away on Sunday, March 24, 2013 at her home.
She was born to the late Emmett Russell Barnes and Goldie Horne Barnes. She is also preceded in death by two brothers, Roy Barnes and Joe Barnes.
She is survived by her loving husband of 22 years, Clyde Junior Stipes, two sons, Harry Shane Mason and Christopher Lee Mason; daughter, Misty Dawn Mason; step-daughter, Rebecca Hurd; brother, Jerry Fussell; three sisters, Virginia Fussell, Barbara Barnes, and Dolly Barnes; and three step grandchildren, Brandon Phelps, Eric Phelps, and Amber Phelps.
A graveside service will be held at 3:00 p.m., Friday, March 29, 2013 at Shipley Cemetery, on Hickory Tree Road off Highway 421 in Bristol, TN, with Captain Joe Irvin officiating.
Memorial contributions may be made to the funeral home to help defer the cost of final expenses.
