Debra Kaye Vandyke

Debra Kaye Vandyke left to meet the Lord on October 29, 2024. She was known as Debbie to those that loved her. She was preceded in death by her loving father, Jack Major Harman.

Debbie loved spending time with her family. Visiting her mom at the farm brought her great joy. She was a loving mother, grandmother, daughter and sister. Her face would light up when her grandchildren entered the room; she thought the world of her family. 

Debbie is survived by her mother, Tommie Helen Harman of Bandy, VA; loving husband, Danny Ray Sprinkle of Glade Spring, VA; her daughter, Jessica Kaye Hicks and husband Joshua Brett Hicks; two grandsons, Brandon Paul Hicks and Wyatt Miles Hicks of Bandy, VA; her daughter, Jackie Renae Hess and husband Billy Raymond Hess; two granddaughters, Milena Renae Burns and Alanza Marie Burns of Lebanon, VA; one stepdaughter, Heather Leigh Richey and husband Mathew Lee Richey; grandson, Robert Austin Lane Hubbard of Glade Spring, VA; her sister, Hazel Michelle Deel and husband Michael Deel; nieces, Lily Deel and Ava Deel; and nephew Jacob Deel of Cedar Bluff, VA. 

The family will receive friends on Friday, November 1, 2024 from 12:00 pm until 1:00 pm at the Main Street location of Farris Funeral Service. The funeral service will begin at 1:00 pm with Rick Whitt officiating. Graveside service will start at 3:00 p.m. at the Woodall Family Cemetery 2333 Grassy Spur Road, Bandy, VA. Pallbearers will be Brett Hicks, Brandon Hicks, Austin Hubbard, Jacob Deel, Bill Hess and Miles Hicks.
