Dorothy Wolfe ReMine

Dorothy Wolfe ReMine, age 95, of Bristol, Tenn., passed away on Thursday, March 15, 2018, at the Wellmont Hospice House. She was born September 15, 1922, the third of four children born to the late Daniel Lee Wolfe and Nettie McClellan Wolfe. Dot was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. She was a member of Redeemer Lutheran Church and attended Faith Lutheran most recently.

In addition to her parents, Dorothy was also preceded in death by her husband, Henry Lewis ReMine; and two sisters, Marilyle Wright and Johnsy Cole.

She is survived by her daughter, Matanette ReMine Greever and husband, Charles “Chick”, of Bristol, Tenn.; brother, Robert Wolfe and wife, Joanna, of Meadowview, Va.; two grandchildren, Ashley Greever and Courtney Greever-Fries and husband, Jonathan; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

A graveside service will be held at 3:00 p.m. Monday, March 19, 2018, at Bethel Presbyterian Church Cemetery with the Rev. Dr. Steve Castle and Rev. Dr. Craig R. Wylie officiating. Family and friends are asked to convene at the cemetery. Visitation will be from 1:00 p.m.-2:00 p.m. Monday at the Main Street Chapel of Farris Funeral Service.
