Edna Rosa Flinchum Sells

Abingdon, VA – Edna Rosa Flinchum Sells, age 86, passed on Friday, August 31, 2018.  Edna was of the Baptist Faith and loved gardening.  She is preceded in death by her parents, William and Ida Collins Flinchum; husband, Robert Sells; brothers, Eugene Gobble and Willis Gobble; and sisters, Louella Bott and Margaret Flinchum. She is survived by her son, Kenneth Sells and wife Teresa of Abingdon, VA; granddaughters, Kasie Viers and husband Alex of Meadowview, VA and Chandra Parris of Abingdon, VA; great grandchildren, Kassen Viers, and Kerringtan, Greysan, and Channing Parris; special nephews, Billy Bott and Sammy Sells; special niece and friend, Jackie Bott; and several nieces and nephews. Visitation with the family will be held 6-8 p.m. Tuesday, September 4, 2018, in the Main Street Chapel of Farris Funeral Service.  Graveside services will follow at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday in Forest Hills Memory Gardens with Rev. Jerry Eggers officiating. Pallbearers will be Billy Bott, Sammy Sells, Wayne Sells, Alex Viers, Caleb Weddle, and Tyler Weddle.
