Elizabeth Ann Sinclair

Elizabeth Ann Sinclair, affectionately known as Tib, passed away on September 3, 2023, in her hometown of Bristol, TN. She was born on August 6, 1950, in Bristol, TN, to the late Clarence William Parks and Myrtle Alice Collins Parks.

Tib will be remembered as a kind and welcoming individual who had the remarkable ability to put others at ease. Her genuine warmth and infectious sense of humor made her a beloved figure among family and friends. Tib always had a knack for bringing joy to those around her, brightening their days with her quick wit and laughter.

Throughout her life, Tib found great pleasure in playing bingo and spending time with her loved ones. She cherished every moment shared with family and close friends and made sure to create lasting memories. Tib's charismatic presence drew people towards her effortlessly, leaving a lasting impact on all who crossed paths with her.

In addition to her parents, Tibs was preceded in death by her husband Carl Sinclair.

Survived by her loving son Hank Sinclair and daughter-in-law Patty Sinclair, daughter Nickie Jo Stallard, son B.J. Sinclair, and daughter-in-law Melissa, 21  grandchildren, Addie, Annie, Anthony, Cody, Elisha, Hayden, Ian, Jordan, Judah, Justin, Lex, Logan, Mia, Michah, Shea, Tiffany, Timber, Tucker, Victoria, Zachary and Zackie; 9 great-grandchildren, Blake, Brantly, Caroline, Chase, Colt, Jackson, Michael, Waylon and Weston, and several nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday, September 12, 2023, 1:00 pm until 2:00 pm at Greenwood Freewill Baptist Church, 26397 Denton Valley Rd, Abingdon, VA 24211. The funeral will be at 2:00 pm on Tuesday, September 12, 2023 with Robert Prater and Bill Denton officiating. The burial will follow at Greenwood Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Smokey "Pug" Parks, Mike Parks, Mike Smythe, Zachary Sinclair, Kenny Baumgardner, Logan Stallard, Steven "Spanky" Parks. Honorary pallbearers will be Steve "Stud" Odum, Ralph Lane and Duff Parks.

The family would like to express thanks to everyone that provided care for Tib.
