Flora G. Morrison, 85, died Thursday, October 8, 2009 at Grace Health Care. She was a lifelong resident of Washington County, a daughter of the late Grover and Alice Blevins. She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Morrison; her 5 children, Roger Morrison, Dorothy Musser, Melvin Morrison, Ray Morrison, and Margie Stoots; and 1 grandchild, David Morrison.
She is survived by her grandchildren, Melissa Wood, Curtis Morrison, Wayne Morrison, Connie Eastridge, Calvin Stoots, Freddie Morrison, Katrina Morrison, and Rebecca Stoots; 15 great grandchildren, and 3 great great grandchildren.
Graveside services will be conducted Saturday at 12:00 p.m. at Bethel Cemetery with the Rev. David Critcher officiating. The family will receive friends prior to the service at the Main Street Chapel of Farris Funeral Service beginning at 10:30 a.m.
Pallbearers will be Freddie Morrison, Austin Crabtree, Curtis Morrison, Wayne Morrison, Calvin Stoots, and Anthony Johnson.
