Frances R. Sullins, age 69, passed away at her home on Saturday, April 14, 2012. She was a member of East Bristol Church of Christ and a volunteer for Eastern Little League.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Harry Musser and Caroline Casey and adopted mother, Bessie Harmon. She is also preceded in death by her husband of 51 years, Robert E. "Bob" Sullins, Sr.; three brothers, Walker Casey, Clifford "Britt" Casey, and Harry Casey; and one sister, Jenny Owens.
She is survived by her five children, Delores Duff of the home, Robert Sullins, Jr. and wife Cathy of Bristol, VA, Randy Sullins of the home, Mark Sullins and wife Nancy of Bristol, VA, Chris Sullins and wife Christy of Bristol, VA; seven grandchildren, Ashley and husband Keith Jones, Adam Sullins and fianc�©e Lakin Canter, Dylan Sullins, Audrea Sullins, Jarron Mannel, Joseph Sullins, and Chelsea Sullins; three great grandchildren, Jaxson Jones, Lakyn Jones, and Jaycee Kite; and special niece, Wilma Casey.
Visitation will be 6:00-8:00PM, Monday, April 16, 2012. A funeral service will be held at 12:00PM, Tuesday, April 17, 2012 at the Main Street Chapel of Farris Funeral Service with Rev. Johnny Dillard officiating. Interment will follow in Knollkreg Memorial Park. Pallbearers will be Chris Sullins, Dylan Sullins, Adam Sullins, Jarron Mannel, Tony Sullins, and Roger Roberts, Sr. Honorary pallbearers will be Dustin Ball, Jeff Linder, and Eddie Sproles. A special thanks to Southwest Virginia Higher Education Center and Nicewonder Cancer Center in Bristol, Virginia for all of their love and support.
