Freddie Lynn Wilson, age 57, of Abingdon, Va., went to be with the Lord and was reunited with his parents, Fred Holmes Wilson and Norma Jean Hutchinson Wilson, on Friday, March 23, 2018. He had accepted the Lord as his Savior and was an avid Virginia Tech and Atlanta Braves fan.
Freddie is survived by his wife, Polly Anna O’Quinn Wilson of Williamson, Ky.; daughter, Summer Wilson and fiancé, Dakota Hall, of Rossville, Ga.; brother, Henry Esaw Farmer II of Longs, S.C.; sister, Tammy Renee Shortridge Click and husband, Kenneth “Kenny” W. Smith of Richmond, Va.; three grandchildren, Kolton Hall, Kallie Hall, and Khloe Hall; niece, Makenzie Renee Click of Indiana; and a long time special friend, Jim Asbury.
A memorial service will be held at 6:00 p.m. Monday, March 26, 2018, at the Main Street Chapel of Farris Funeral Service. Visitation will be held from 4:30 p.m.-6:00 p.m. Monday at the funeral home prior to the service.
