Gary Blair Reynolds

Mr. Gary Blair Reynolds, age 53, passed away unexpectedly on his birthday Sunday, October 27, 2013. He was a native of Washington County Virginia. He had worked as an automobile body technician and enjoyed ginseng hunting and fishing.

Mr. Reynolds is survived by his parents, James Stanley and Dixie Duncan Reynolds of Abingdon; daughter Beverly Thomas and husband Billy of Bristol, VA; son Justin Reynolds and daughter-in-law Brittany of Abingdon, VA; sister Karen Wimmer and husband Wayne of Bristol, VA; brother Larry Gene Reynolds and wife Patty of Abingdon, VA; brother-in-law Roger Hearl of Abingdon, VA; five grandchildren, Cameron Reynolds, Breanna Reynolds, Shannon and Tricia Thomas and Blaze Snead. He is also survived by the mother of his children, Carolyn Wise. Mr. Reynolds was predeceased by a sister, Jane Reynolds Hearl.

A funeral service for Mr. Gary Blair Reynolds will be held at the Forest Hills Chapel of Farris Funeral Service, 19415 Lee Highway, Abingdon, on Friday, November 1, 2013 at 1:30 pm with Rev. Roger Hearl officiating. The family will receive friends from noon until 1:30 pm before the service. Burial will follow in the Bibiana Farms Cemetery. Pallbearers will be selected from family and friends.
