Gary Nelson Phillips, age 64, passed on Friday, December 27, 2019. Gary was a 1975 graduate of Pulaski County High School. He is preceded in death by his parents, James William and Jennie Lou Smith Phillips; and sister, Dorothy Parnell.
He is survived by three brothers, Melvin Phillips of Daytona Beach, Fla., Doug Phillips of Pearisburg, Va., and Johnnie Phillips of Radford, Va.; three sisters, Helen Edwards of Hillsville, Va., Maxine Dorsey of Coral Springs, Fla., and Phyllis Baldwin of Pulaski, Va.; and several nieces and nephews.
