George N. Sanders, 91, passed away Wednesday, November 10, 2010.
He is survived by his children, Mary Anne Adair and husband, Curt of Kingsport, TN, Judy Sanders of Abingdon, Bill Sanders and wife, Jeannette of Abingdon; grandchildren, Michael Sanders of Abingdon, Megan Adair of Kingsport, TN and Matthew Sanders of Aspen, CO.
Graveside services will be conducted at 2:00 P.M. Friday, November 12, 2010 at Mt. Rose Cemetery in Glade Spring with Rev. Paul Griffith officiating. Interment will follow. Those wishing to attend are asked to assemble at the cemetery by 1:45 P.M. Friday.
The family will receive friends at Farris Funeral Service from 6:00 until 8:00 P.M. Thursday.
The family requests no flowers and asks that memorial contributions be made to a charity of your choice.
