Abingdon, VA – Gerald Parker Combs, age 78, passed on Saturday, November 12, 2016, at his home. Gerald was preceded in death by his parents, Oliver Carter Combs and Nadyne Kendrick Combs, and infant brother, Donald Ray Combs.
He is survived by his wife, Jane Brooks Combs; son, Josh Combs and Nikki Combs; grandchildren, Jackson and Ava Combs; brother, David Combs and wife Diana; sisters, Patsy Lockwood, Peggy Mitchell, and Priscilla McCall and husband Wayne.
A memorial service for Mr. Combs will be held at 3 P.M. on Saturday, November 19, 2016, at the family's residence, 25484 Watauga Road, Abingdon, Virginia, 24211.
