Gina Maria Brooks
August 3, 1965 — July 25, 2017
Gina Maria Brooks, age 51, of Abingdon, Va., went to be with our Lord Jesus Christ on Tuesday, July 25, 2017, at her home. She attended Harvest Fellowship Church and Impact International. Gina will be remembered as a wonderful wife, mother, and friend.
She was preceded in death by her father, Gene Bennett Adkins.
Gina is survived by her husband of 25 years, Joe Brooks; mother, Grace Hall Adkins of the home; son, Joseph Brooks of Orlando, Fla.; step-daughter, Rebecca Brooks Robinson; and step-son, Rusty Brooks both of Pikeville, Ky.
A memorial service will be held at 7:00 p.m. Friday, July 28, 2017, at the Main Street Chapel of Farris Funeral Service with Charles DeBord and Gary Coalson officiating. Visitation will be from 5:00 p.m.-7:00 p.m. Friday at the funeral home prior to the service.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Mountain Empire Children's Choral Academy, P.O. Box 3021, Bristol, Tenn. 37625.
