Harold Layne Goodman

Damascus, Va.

Harold Layne Goodman, 64, passed on Sunday, June 7, 2020, at his home.  Harold was a graduate of Broad Run High School in Ashburn, Va. and worked as an industrial painter for many years.  He is preceded in death by his father, Harold Linkous Goodman; daughter, Gabrielle Rebecca Goodman; and brother, Jeffrey Alan Goodman. 

Harold is surived by his wife of 28 years, Melody McDonald Goodman; daughters, Anna Lee Goodman, Michelle Koerner, and Kayla Danielle Goodman; sons, Joshua Cabe Goodman and Chance Oliver Goodman; mother, Geneva Mae Miller Goodman; brothers, Timothy Nathan Goodman, Samuel Ivan Goodman, and Samuel Uriah Goodman; sisters, Gina Marie Davis and Angela Dawn Goodman; several grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. 

Visitation with the family will be held 6-8 p.m. Wednesday, June 10, 2020, in the Main Street Chapel of Farris Funeral Service.  Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home with Pastor Phillip Cook officiating.  Interment will follow in Forest Hills Memory Gardens.
