Harold Warren Counts, 63, passed away at his home on December 31, 2010.
He was born May 1, 1947 in Washington County, VA and was a son of the late Ralph and Ruby Stallard Counts. Mr. Counts had retired from a career with AEP with 30 years of service.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Kathy.
Survivors are his son, Jason Counts and wife, Leslie; stepdaughters, Felicia Brown and husband, Bobby and Tamra Goodson and husband, James; six grandchildren; brothers, Ron Counts and Don Counts and his wife, Sylvia; four nephews and one niece.
A graveside service will be held at 11:00 A.M. Tuesday, January 4, 2011 in the Knollkreg Memorial Park Mausoleum in Abingdon. No visitation will be held.
