Helen Louise Phillips Booher, age 88, passed away on Friday, June 15, 2012. She was a member of Pleasant View United Methodist Church.
She was born to the late William Kyle Phillips and Lillie Vance Phillips in Bristol, TN.
She is survived by her husband of 65 years Jack Milton Booher; two daughters, Anita Carrol Booher of Salt Lake City, Utah and Karen Leigh Booher of St. Petersburg, FL; three sisters, Evelyn Elizabeth Cox of Bristol, VA, Barbara Ann Loving of Bristol, TN, and Deloris Harr and husband Lawrence of Bristol, TN.
A funeral service will be conducted at 8:00 p.m., Monday, June 18, 2012 at the Main Street Chapel of Farris Funeral Service with Reverend Ralph Kidd and Reverend Barbara Farmer officiating. Visitation will be from 6:00-7:45 p.m., Monday, June 18, 2012 at the funeral home. Interment will follow at 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, June 19, 2012 at Forest Hills Memory Gardens. Members of the Fellowship Sunday School Class of Pleasant View United Methodist Church, Frank Buchanan and Dave Carraway will serve as pallbearers.
