Hulen Yokley Orfield

Abingdon, VA – Hulen Yokley Orfield, age 76, went to be with the Lord on Friday, March 31, 2017, at his home. Mr. Orfield was a retiree of Westinghouse. He is preceded in death by his parents, P.W. Orfield and Eva Mildred Mercer Orfield; wife, Evelyn Pauline Gobble Orfield; and sisters, Betty Taylor and Nancy Price.

He is survived by four children, Junior Orfield and fiancée Penny Cook, Millie Orfield and special friend Shawn Barr, Trula Crigger and husband Roger, and Doris Mabe, all of Abingdon, VA; sisters, Mary Palmer of North Carolina and Louise Lingerfelt of Bristol, TN; eight grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

Visitation with the family will be held 6-8 p.m. Monday, April 3, 2017, at the Main Street Chapel of Farris Funeral Service. There will be no service following the visitation.
