James Arthur McConnell

Dateline: Abingdon, VA- James Arthur McConnell, age 66, passed away on Saturday, February, 21, 2015, at Grace Health Care. He was a veteran of the United States Army and also served in the National Guard. He was of the Baptist faith. James is survived by his son, William McConnell; daughter, Amanda McConnell; brother, Robert McConnell; granddaughter, Lily McConnell; and a stepdaughter and two grandchildren in Virginia. No formal services have been scheduled. It was James' wish to donate his remains to science.
