James William "Bill" Rosenbaum, Sr.

James William “Bill” Rosenbaum, Sr., age 78, of Bristol, Va., passed away on Tuesday, November 1, 2016, at his home. He was born to the late John Mack Rosenbaum and Frances Virginia Reed Rosenbaum on April 1, 1938, in Washington County, Va.
In addition to his parents, Bill was also preceded in death by his wife, Virginia Alice Owens Rosenbaum; wife, Tina Marie Nunley Rosenbaum; granddaughter, Nicole Conell Rosenbaum; and two great-great grandchildren, Joseph Michael Rosenbaum and Sage Rosenbaum.
He is survived by his wife of 35 years, Peggy Surber Rosenbaum; 12 children: Curtis Lee Nunley and wife Brenda of Bristol, Tenn.; Linda Rutter of Bristol, Tenn.; Patsy Diane Lewis and husband Richard of Bristol, Va.; James William Rosenbaum, Jr. of Dickson, Tenn.; Ruth Ann Burton and husband Mike of Arkansas; Patricia Hunt of Bassett, Va.; Jerry Grayson Rosenbaum and wife Jonie of Elizabethton, Tenn.; Larry Wayne Rosenbaum and wife Michelle of Dickson, Tenn.; Michael Anthony Rosenbaum and wife Tina of Dickson, Tenn.; Lisa Virginia Quesenberry and husband Allan of Bluff City, Tenn.; Sandra Marie Darter of Dickson, Tenn.; and Victoria Leigh Lovell of Bristol, Va.; one brother; six sisters; numerous grandchildren; great grandchildren; and great-great grandchildren; as well as, several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation will be from 6:00 p.m.-8:00 p.m. Thursday, November 3, 2016, at the Main Street Chapel of Farris Funeral Service. The family will facilitate a memorial service at 2:00 p.m. Friday, November 4, 2016, at Fellowship Chapel, 201 Crockett Street, Bristol, Va. 24201, with Pastor Scott Price officiating.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Farris Funeral Service to defer the cost of final expenses.
