It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Jason Charles Michael, born on February 5, 1992, in Humble, Texas. Jason departed this life on April 12, 2025, in Abingdon, Virginia, leaving behind a legacy of kindness, humor, and lasting friendships.
Jason was known for his vibrant personality; he had a way of making everyone feel like a friend. His warmth and approachable nature endeared him to many, earning him the affectionate title of "the big kid." He was not just a brother, son, and cousin; he was a beloved uncle who cherished his nieces and nephews, always ready to share in their joys and adventures.
An avid fisherman, Jason spent many happy days with his fishing buddies—Brady, Gregory, and Ralphy—creating memories that will be treasured by all who shared those moments with him. He found joy in the simple pleasures of life, whether it was casting his line into a tranquil lake or enjoying the company of his dogs: Rollie, Sassy, Papi, Fat Boy, and many others. His love for animals mirrored his caring nature and added to the warmth of the household he created around him.
Jason is survived by his devoted mother, Cindy Williamson; his loving siblings, Yvonne, Bobby, Jamie, Melinda, Tori, and Renee; his cousins, Brady and Gregory, as well as several other cousins, nieces, and nephews who will miss him dearly.
His memory will endure in the hearts of all who had the privilege of knowing him. Jason Charles Michael’s life was a testament to the power of friendship and family, reminding us all to embrace life with joy and generosity.
