Jennifer Rosenbalm Barker

Jennifer Elaine Rosenbalm Barker, age 50, of Abingdon, VA came to the end of her life on July 9, 2023, at her home. She was preceded in death by her father, Lee Harvey Rosenbalm, and her special needs son, whom she lovingly and selflessly cared for his entire life, Jacob Allen Barker.

She is survived by her mother, Mildred Rosenbalm Bradshaw, and brothers Edward Lee Rosenbalm and William Allen Rosenbalm (and spouse Julia Denise, sons Mathew Avery and Parker Lee); her children, son, Hunter Ray Barker, and daughter Brittanie Nicole McAllister (and spouse Donald Zachary, along with grandbaby Eliana Joy, whom she deeply loved).

Jennifer graduated college with high honors in human services and went on to spend her life giving and caring for others. She attended Adoration Church of God in Bristol, VA. She was a strong, smart, brave, and loving Daughter, Mother, Grandmother, and Friend.

Visitation with the family will be held on Thursday, July 13th at 1 pm, at Adoration Church (152 Old Airport Rd, Bristol, VA 24201), followed by a memorial service held by family at 2:00 p.m.
