Jo Ann Snead Hill

Meadowview, VA - Jo Ann Snead Hill, age 80, passed on Friday, January 12, 2024, at her home.  Jo Ann was a graduate of William King High School and an employee of Johnston Memorial Hospital for 36 years.  She was preceded in death by her parents, Leonard and Mattie Wright Snead; husband, Junior Clarence Hill; brothers, Harrison, Donald, Gary, Roland, and Doug Snead; and two infant sisters.

Jo Ann is survived by two sons, Glenn Hill and wife Kim, and Darrell Hill and wife Connie; brother, Sammy Snead and wife Millie; three grandchildren, Joanna Hill, Scottie Hill, and Danielle Hill; six great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.

Graveside services will be held at 3:00 pm, Saturday, January 27, 2024, in Mountain View Baptist Cemetery with Rev. Roger O’Quinn officiating.  Pallbearers will be Scottie Hill, Shane Wilson, Joe Wilson, Mark Casey, and Eric Davis. Friends & family are asked to gather at cemetery by 2:45 pm.
