Johnny Franklin Cacy, age 77, passed away on Wednesday, October 10, 2018 at his home. He was a lifelong resident of Washington County, VA. Johnny was retired from Mid-Mountain Foods after over 34 years of service. He was a member of the Glade Spring Church of God of Prophesy.
Johnny was predeceased by his parents Dallas and Eveline Cacy; grandson Brandon Lee Cox; and great grandson Brandon Henderson.
He is survived by his wife of 56 years, Hazel Puckett Cacy; daughter Lisa Rhoton and husband Phil of Abingdon; sisters Marie Elizabeth Cacy, and Betty Katherine Puckett and husband Harmon Levi all of Meadowview, VA; grandchildren Casey Henderson, and Sunni Jones; and great grandson Brayden Henderson.
A funeral service will be held at the Main Street Chapel of Farris Funeral Service on Monday, October 15, 2018, at 2:00 PM with Brother Danny Mefford officiating. Interment will follow at Forest Hills Memory Gardens where Don McAllister, Phil Rhoton, Casey Henderson, and Steven Casey will serve as casket bearers. The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM Sunday, October 14, 2018 at the funeral home.
