Josie Lillian Roberts Sullins

Josie Lillian Roberts Sullins, age 98, passed away at her home on Sunday July 23,
2017. She was born in Washington County, VA on October 29, 1918 to the late George and Frances Roberts. Josie was a member of the Walnut Grove Presbyterian Church.
In addition to her parents, Josie was predeceased by her husband Clifford Sullins. She is survived by her son Dwight D. “Doug” Sullins and his wife Judy; daughter Patricia Sullins; grandson Douglas Sullins; great granddaughter Madison Sullins all of Bristol, VA; sister Mary Belle Jackson, and several nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held at 7:00 PM on Tuesday July 25, 2017 at the Main Street Chapel of Farris Funeral Service with Rev. John Markel officiating. The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the funeral home, prior to the service. Interment will be on Wednesday July 26, 2017 at 11:00 AM at Knollkreg Memorial Park. Honorary pallbearers will be members of the Roberts and Sullins families. Those attending the committal service are asked to meet at the cemetery at least 15 minutes prior to the service.
