Joyce Ann Gregory Coe, 64, went home to be with her Lord on Monday, July 27, 2009 in Wellmont Hospice House in Bristol, TN.
She was born in Washington County, VA and was a daughter of the late Mance and Mary Lee Debord Gregory. She was a loving mother and a devout Christian.
Survivors are her husband, Charlie Coe, her son, Brian Coe and wife, Kimberly of Kailau Oahu, Hawaii; daughters, Pam Coe of the home, Angie Mullins and husband, Ralph of Emory, VA, and Crystal Helton and husband, George of Meadowview, VA; brothers, Mance "Bud" Gregory, Jr. and wife, Della of Glade Spring, Daniel Gregory and wife, Kimberly of Glade Spring; sisters, Janet Price and husband, Jim of Glade Spring, Dorothy McClure of Saltville, VA, Rosa Gregory of Glade Spring, and Mary Henderson and husband, Danny of Wytheville, VA; grandchildren, Michael Buchanan, Steven Pauley and wife, Elizabeth, Robert Porterfield, Andy Owens, Megan Pauley, Aaron Owens, Devon Coe, and Michael Coe; step grandchildren, Andrew Mullins, Casey Mullins, and Brandi Helton; great grandchildren, Dylan, Keith, and Nicholas; special friends and caregivers, Glenda Carver, and Dr. Doug Green; and several nieces and nephews.
A graveside service for Joyce Coe will be conducted at 4:00 P.M. Friday, July 31, 2009 at Mt. Rose Cemetery in Glade Spring. Pallbearers will be Michael Buchanan, Steven Pauley, Robert Porterfield, Andy Owens, Aaron Owens, and Andrew Mullins. Honorary Pallbearer will be Michael Coe. Those attending will meet at the cemetery. The family will receive friends at Farris Funeral Service from 7:00 until 9:00 P.M. Thursday.
