Katheryn Lynn "Kitty" Gray

Katheryn Lynn “Kitty” Gray, age 70, of Abingdon, Va., passed away on Saturday, May 18, 2019, on her farm. 

Kitty attended Bethel Elementary School and graduated from Abingdon High School and Milligan College.  She worked in a bank and taught at Bethel Elementary and Greendale Elementary.  She worked with her mother and father on their farm for the rest of her life.  She attended Bethel Presbyterian Church.  

She was preceded in death by her parents, Curtis Edwin Gray and Virginia Kathryn McCall Gray, and is survived by several loving aunts, uncles, cousins.

  A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, May 22, 2019, at 3:00 p.m. at Bethel Presbyterian Church with Pastor Jim Walker officiating.  Interment will follow in Bethel Presbyterian Church Cemetery.  Visitation will be held on Wednesday from 2:30 p.m.- 3:00 p.m. at the church.
