Kathleen Margaret Henderson Bobinski

Kathleen Margaret Henderson Bobinski, age 93, passed away on Friday, July 1, 2016, at NHC of Bristol. She was a native of the Hayters Gap Community. However, she had resided in Welch, W.Va. for 13 years prior to moving back to Abingdon a number of years ago. Kathleen was a member of the Abingdon Baptist Church.

Kathleen was predeceased by her parents, Whitley Fullen and Nora Duncan Henderson; brothers, Bolling, Fount, and W.P. Henderson; and sister, Helen Harris. She is survived by her daughters: Brenda McGlothlin and husband James of Meadowview, Va.; Paula Thompson and husband Jimmy of Abingdon; and Pamela Lail and husband Jimmy of Bristol; grandchildren, Trey Browning and wife Cheryl of Morristown, Tenn. and Tana Radosevic and husband Rad of Charlotte, N.C.; great grandchildren, Blake and Kirsten Browning and Luka Radosevic.

A funeral service for Kathleen Margaret Bobinski will be held at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, July 3, 2016, in the Main Street Chapel of Farris Funeral Service with Rev. Mike Poole and Pastor Kenneth Widener officiating. Interment will follow in Knollkreg Memorial Park where Don Henderson, Harry Henderson, Trey Browning, Jimmy Lail, Jimmy Thompson, James McGlothlin, and Adam Henderson will serve as casket bearers. Honorary bearers will be Charles Henderson, Bo Henderson, and Blake Browning. The family will receive friends from 1:00 p.m. 2:00 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home prior to the service.
