Abingdon, Va. - Kenneth Leo Tester, age 54, of Sullivan County, Tennessee, passed away suddenly on Sunday, February 7, 2021.
Kenneth was born on March 4, 1966, in Baltimore, Maryland. He loved the outdoors, especially hunting and fishing. He was blessed with a large, close-knit family.
Kenneth was preceded in death by his parents; and four brothers, Carl, Bobby, Michael, and Daniel Tester.
He is survived by former wife, Candace Tester; five sons, David Tester and wife Krista, William Reece and wife Amanda, Kenneth Tester, Jr., John Tester, and Hewie Tester; four daughters, Virginia Sullins, Ashley Jones, Amber Jones, and Destiny Reece; five brothers, Ralph, Paul, Harry, Wayne, and Lewis Tester; one sister, Brenda Tester; several grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
The family will receive friends on Friday, February 12, 2021, from 11:00 AM until 1:00 PM, in the Main Street Chapel of Farris Funeral Service. A funeral service will follow at 1:00 PM, with Rev. John E. Massey, Jr. officiating. Pallbearers will be selected from family and friends.
