Larry W. Baugher

Meadowview, VA- Larry W. Baugher, age 72, of Meadowview, died at Johnston Memorial Hospital on Wednesday, December 10, 2014. He was the son of the late Raleigh and Olga McDaniel Baugher, of Greene County, VA. He was a veteran and worked for the United States Postal Service in Baltimore, MD most of his working life, retiring at age 55. He is survived by one brother, Glynn Baugher, of Emory, VA; by Glynn’s partner, Mack Lovelace; by numerous nieces and nephews and cousins; and by his beloved dog, Diamond, and cat, Lucky. His body will be cremated and his ashes scattered at the homeplace, at Celt, VA, with a family memorial service, next summer. There will be no local funeral services.
