Leah Marie Dye, age 2, passed away on Monday, May 21, 2012 at her home.
She was a smart, precious little blonde who had a beautiful smile and loved life. Leah brought joy to everyone she was around. Leah loved Elmo and loved to sing and dance.
Survivors include her parents, Kayla Dye and Marcus Vandagriff; one brother, Noah Dye; a new baby brother due in June; maternal grandmother, Mary Dye; paternal grandparents, Virgil and Angela Vandagriff; aunts and uncles, Carly Dye, Ashley (Joey) Blaylock, Michael Canter, Chris (Leeann)Vandagriff, and Patrick "P.J." Vandagriff.
The funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Friday, May 25, 2012 at the Main Street Chapel of Farris Funeral Service with Pastor David Gibson officiating. Burial will follow at Forest Hills Memory Gardens. Pallbearers will be Chris Vandagriff, Michael Canter, Patrick "P.J." Vandagriff and Marcus Vandagriff.
The family will receive friends from 1 p.m. until the time of the service at the funeral home.
