Leslie Nicole "Nikki" Conway

Leslie Nicole “Nikki” Conway, of Delray Beach, Fla. and formerly of Abingdon, Va., passed away on her 29th birthday, Friday, September 28, 2018.  She was born to Berry Leslie “B.L.” Conway, II and Darlene Branham Conway in Abingdon, Va.  Nikki was a graduate of the 2007 Class of Abingdon High School and was awarded scholarships to the Savannah College of Art and Design and Hollins University and later attended the Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale.  She was an employee of 212 Dental Care at the time of her passing.       

Nikki was preceded in death by her father, Berry Leslie “B.L” Conway, II; paternal grandparents, Jack Conway and Elizabeth O’Nan; and maternal grandparents, Freeman and Josephine Branham.She is survived by her son, Noah Alexander Rodriguez of Pompano, Fla.; mother, Darlene Branham Conway of Abingdon, Va.; two brothers, John Berry Conway, III of Aurora, Col. and Michael Lawrence “Toby” Conway and wife, Victoria, of Indiana; niece, Katherine Jade Conway; and a nephew, Joseph Tyler Conway.     

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 17, 2018, at 1:00 p.m. at the Forest Hills Chapel of Farris Funeral Service, 19415 Lee Hwy., Abingdon, VA 24210, where guests are encouraged to share memories and express sympathy.  A reception will be held in the Forest Hills Chapel following the celebration of life.  Casual attire is requested. 

An address whereby memorial contributions may be made in Nikki’s honor will be announced at the celebration of life.
