Louise Christine Testerman Norris

Glade Spring, VA – Louise Christine Testerman Norris, age 63, passed on Wednesday, May 21, 2014, at Vanderbilt Medical Center in Nashville, TN. Mrs. Norris was born in Glade Spring, VA to the late William and Danie Holdaway Testerman and spent the majority of her life there. Louise was a member of Grace Presbyterian Church and loved gardening, sewing, and spending time with her grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her brother, Bill Testerman. She is survived by her husband of 45 years, Gerald “Peco” Norris; son, Blake Norris and wife Shelly of Glade Spring, VA; daughter, Brooke Saltz and husband Michael of Meadowview, VA; two brothers, Fred Testerman of Richmond, VA, and Bob Testerman and wife Sandra of Providence Forge, VA; three sisters, Margaret Jackson of Richmond, VA, Ruby Jackson and husband Robert of Richmond, VA, and Ellen Thompson and husband Don of Fawn Grove, PA; grandchildren, Kaitlin, Lara, and Audrey Saltz, and Tessa and Logan Norris; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Monday, May 26, 2014, at Grace Presbyterian Church, 327 Grace Street, Glade Spring, VA 24340, with Dr. Darlene Litton officiating. Interment will follow at Mt. Rose Cemetery with Grey Preston, Joe Preston, Mark McConnell, Bill Lester, Bill Sanders, and Danny Broyles serving as pallbearers. Visitation with the family will be held 12:00-2:00 p.m. just prior to the service at the church. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Grace Presbyterian Church Building Fund, P.O.
