Mary Jane Stuart Neal

Abingdon, VA – Mary Jane Stuart Neal, age 87, passed on Thursday, December 23, 2021, in Valley Health Care Center. Mrs. Neal was of the Baptist Faith. She was preceded in death by her parents, Joseph E. and Virginia Baumgardner Stuart; husband, Luther Neal; brothers, Rev. Dutch Stuart, Willie Stuart, and George Stuart; and sister, Margie Harold.

She is survived by her daughter, Audrey Neal of Abingdon, VA; granddaughter, Stephanie Helton husband Chip of Blountville, TN; brothers, Walter Stuart of Bristol, VA and Stoney Stewart of Abingdon, VA; and several nieces and nephews.

Graveside services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, December 26, 2021, in Forest Hills Memory Gardens with Pastor Caleb Holeman officiating. Those wishing to attend the service are asked to convene at the cemetery.
